With an in-building Wecycling Bin collection site, repurposing and recycling unwanted clothing and shoes is as easy as can be!
Here’s how it works:
We’ll gather information about the size of your building and the best location for your Wecycling Bin.
We offer 2 Wecycling Bin sizes:
a. Small (2’ deep x 4’ wide x 6’ high)
b. Large (3.5’deep x 4, wide x 6’ high)We’ll Identify a space that is easily accessible for your residents. We recommend your building’s laundry room or another easy to reach location.
We’ll notify residents about the program and your Wecycling Bin location by either posting or distributing flyers
When you’re all set up and residents begin to fill your Wecycling Bin, we will schedule a weekly or bi-weekly pickup, depending on the anticipated volume of drop-offs. We can adjust the schedule and will do our best to accommodate your building’s needs.

Here’s how a Wecyle clothing drive works:
Contact Wecyle to arrange your clothing drive.
We’ll provide you with one of our Wecycling Bins as well as flyers and literature to help you advertise your drive.
You collect the bags of clothing and shoes from participants
We’ll pick up all the bags at the end of your drive and will send them off to a new life for reuse or recycling.

Pickups
Moving or decluttering? Wecycle will come to your New York or Tri-State area home, business, or community space to collect your unwanted clothing and shoes.
We do not charge a pick-up fee but require a collection minimum of at least 5 large (30-gallon size) garbage bags.

Sneaker Bins
Wecycle is here to help! We can provide a Wecycling Sneaker Drop-off Bin for your gym, store, or community center.
Did you know that over 23 billion pairs of sneakers are produced each year? In fact, the US athletic shoe industry in the United States was worth about $13.56 billion in 2021. That’s a lot of athletic shoes! On top of it all, styles and consumer needs change rapidly leading to a closet full of unused or unwanted athletic shoes!
Our 18” square base x 36” height sneaker drop-off bins fit in smaller spaces and encourage shoe reuse and recycling in your community. As with our other programs, just give us a call or send us an email to arrange a pick-up when your Wecycling Sneaker Drop-off Bin is full.
